How does the integration work?

The integration enables automatic exchange of jobs and candidates between Easyflex and Booston:

Create job

You create a job inside the Easyflex ATS.

Import into Booston

The job is forwarded to Booston.

Website and campaigns

Booston publishes your job on your website and launches campaigns on job boards and social media.

Export to Easyflex ATS

Applications received through these channels are sent back to the Easyflex ATS via Booston.

Publishing jobs from Easyflex

In Easyflex, you create the job as usual. Think of job title, description, hours, salary and location. Once the job is ready, you can publish it to Booston. Below you see step by step how to do this and what is important:

Publishing a job in Easyflex

Managing jobs in Booston

Configuring the publication texts

First make sure you configure the job text to your preference in the “title and description attributes” section. For Easyflex, we use one text field. Therefore, in Booston we only use “Text 1”. Below you find the correct settings:

Attribute configuration for job text in Booston

The text field is linked to the corresponding text field inside your Easyflex ATS:

Once the text attribute is configured, you can check the result via recruitment > jobs > click a job. Example:

Check job text in Booston

(Note: make sure at least one job has been published from Easyflex to Booston to check results.)

Configuring the remaining job attributes

In the remaining sections under settings > attributes, we can now manage values of job attributes, such as job segmentations (categories, industries, etc.), salary attributes, location attributes, and more.

Which attributes do you want to import? If you set an attribute to (1) inactive, it will not be active in Booston and we will not import its associated value. If you want the Easyflex ATS to fill the information automatically, enable ‘automatically fill from ATS’. If the attribute is active, but automatic import is disabled, you can manually add content anytime via recruitment > jobs > edit job > edit the respective attribute.

  • Label: Assign the text attribute a preferred title.
  • Search text: Determine whether this text attribute should be included when performing a search on the website.
  • Search order: Determine the order in which the text attributes should be displayed. For example, the order on the job detail page.
  • Job alert: Should the value be active in the job alert form? For example: https://preview.booston.io/jobalert
  • On the job detail page: Should the value be visible on the job detail page?
  • In job box: When presenting a job list, such as: https://preview.booston.io/vacatures. Should the value be used as an introduction?
  • In job alert email: Should the value be included in the job alert email sent to a candidate when they receive a new matching job?

Check the incoming attribute values from Easyflex. Via the “hamburger menu” you can view all values that have been received so far.

A new attribute value is automatically added to the list when a new Easyflex job containing a previously unknown value enters Booston. If desired, you may then overwrite or adjust these values on the Booston side, independently from Easyflex. Great, you are now fully ready. Let’s start publishing jobs!

Adding job text in Easyflex

(Fill in all fields of your publication carefully – from text to salary and location.)

Candidates back into Easyflex

Applicants who respond to a job via your website or campaigns are automatically received in Easyflex. Data from the application form, including CV and motivation, is fully transferred. Candidates become instantly visible in Easyflex. This makes following up faster and more efficient.
