In the Booston Admin Dashboard, under Settings > General > Subscriptions, you will find an overview of all subscription details. This section is called Subscription Information and provides insight into the status of your subscription, its duration, invoicing, and any additional costs. Below we explain each section step by step.

1. General Information

This block shows the most important basic information about your environment:

Status: Indicates whether the subscription is active.
Client name: The name of the client or organization linked to the environment.
Domains: The (sub)domain on which the Booston environment is active, including the expiration date of the SSL certificate.

2. Subscription Details

This block contains all details about the subscription period and conditions:

Subscription type: The type of subscription you have (in this case Complete).
Start date: The start date of the subscription.
Current period: The current subscription period, shown with start and end date.
Auto-renewal: The date on which the subscription will automatically renew.
Cancellation deadline: The latest date on which cancellation can be submitted.

⚠️ Important: If you wish to terminate the subscription, you must do so at least 3 months before the end date of the current period. Please send an email to: support@booston.io

⚠️ Important: After termination of the contract, the environment will first be archived and then permanently deleted. Therefore, make sure to create a backup of all required content before the contract end date.

3. Invoice Information

Here you will find the financial data of the past month:

Monthly subscription price: The fixed monthly amount of your subscription.
Meta job ads spend last month: The expenses for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads in the past month.
Jobboard network spend last month: The costs for postings on the jobboard network in the past month.
Total expenses last month: The total costs, consisting of the subscription plus any advertising expenses.
