Not every candidate has a complete or up-to-date CV at hand. Still, as a recruiter, you want to receive all relevant information right away to quickly determine whether someone fits the role.
That’s why we’ve expanded the application form within Booston with additional fields. This way, you collect more complete profiles without extra contact moments — and all data is automatically sent to your ATS.
New fields
With the new form, in addition to the standard fields (name, email, phone, and CV), you can now also request the following information:
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Language
- Address details (street, house number, postal code, city, country)
- Driver’s license
- Open note field
How to add the new form
In your Booston environment, go to Content > Pages > Job Page
Remove the old application form from the page. Click Add new and add the element "Application Form 3 – Direct application extended" to the page.
Click Default to edit the element. Enable the toggles for all the fields you want to make visible to candidates. Optionally adjust the layout under the Design tab.
Finally, make sure that the Call-to-action buttons on your Job Page are reconnected to this new form.
You can then immediately test whether applications are correctly delivered to your ATS.
