1. Help job boards with synonyms

Not all job boards in the Dutch market are optimized for searches using synonyms or roles that are very similar. For instance, a candidate searching for a demolition worker vacancy might also be interested in a construction helper position, as the roles overlap significantly or are even identical in practice.

Do you have a ‘construction helper’ vacancy that is essentially the same as a ‘demolition worker’? Then it might be beneficial to add it as a synonym. You can do this in Booston using the ‘plus’ button in the job list.
