Today, I came across a post on my LinkedIn timeline with this title, written by Personeelsblog based on research by the Intelligence Group (see below the text). The article clearly explains why fast and efficient online recruitment has become increasingly important.

Effective online recruitment leads to more and better candidates, meaning the conversion realized through Booston’s successful resourcing will more quickly result in the right hire. The entire process and all participants involved benefit from this.
