About the company

Our software modules provide solutions for every aspect of online recruitment marketing, from employer branding to job posting and from search engine optimization to analytics and reporting. We have developed our own in-house recruitment software system that helps our clients set up and optimize their online marketing campaigns. With this software, our clients can fully automate recruitment marketing and, for example, make job postings faster and more visible.

We are not only a software company but also an online marketing company that helps other businesses with their recruitment challenges. Our services range from strategic advice to hands-on implementation of online marketing campaigns. We believe in a personal approach, which is why you will be assigned your own clients right away and help them with their online recruitment marketing.

Our office is located in Houten, and our team currently consists of 3 people, soon to be 4. You will work with a team of enthusiastic colleagues with a passion for online marketing and recruitment. Booston’s development team consists of 9 people and is located elsewhere.

In 2022, Booston more than doubled in size, and we expect to make another major leap in 2025. We are looking for sales talent who want to take this big step with us and contribute to the further growth of our innovative software.

About the job

We are looking for a New Business Account Manager in Houten. With our innovative solutions, we support marketers so they can make a real impact. As a New Business Account Manager, you are responsible for generating new business. 

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Presenting / pitching our various solutions to potential clients.
  • Following up on meetings where you are able to explain the added value of our solutions.
  • Conducting thorough research on potential clients to ensure our personalized approach.
  • Preparing presentations in the best possible way based on a solid understanding of the client’s needs.
  • Actively collaborating with various teams within the organization to make your presentation a great success.
