  • User permissions: you can now create recruiter users giving them full access to all Booston functionalities such as creating pages, blogs, advertisements, jobs, checking candidates, etc. However, with the added limit they can only create or edit said functionalities when they belong to them. An example: creating a page might be possible, but editing the homepage might not be because this would be managed by a manager. This way recruiter users can indeed perform as a marketer but limited so as not to destroy global elements. This is an ideal situation for large teams or Franchise organizations!

  • Added GEO location automation to job creation. When a job gets created or updated in Booston, or through an ATS, we check its GEO data via an external service to offer much-needed and extremely precise GEO locations of the job.
  • Added GEO location search. No matter the address format you use: postal code, city, country, full address...Booston will find and autocomplete your exact location. This way you can easily search for a job nearby. The location information is real-time synced with an external GEO location service. You can check out this functionality on preview.booston.io/en/jobs
  • Added ATS XPS.
  • Added ATS Recruitee.
  • Added ATS Successfactors by SAP.
  • Added resume parser to the Bullhorn ATS.

  • New server setup massively improving speeds all across the board.
  • Added image resizing on the fly. Basically, all images on Booston will be made web-ready increasing loading speeds and SEO results.
  • Added lazy loading: only images shown on the website load are downloaded improving the loading time for large pages with many images.
  • Pages overview screen has been optimized paving the way for closer integrations between recruitment and content management.
  • Added copy functionality on pages, jobs, and more. This can save you a lot of time in content management.
  • Added animations on-page elements. Check preview.booston.io for different animations like fade-in, slide-in, and tons of other movements.
  • Added virtual client URLs. Do you have an ATS and do you work with Booston for campaigns? In some cases, you would like to direct your campaign traffic to jobs on your website. With this update, you can easily create virtual URLs loaded with the ATS job ID’s in the URL. This way, you can have your website-manager redirect these URLs to their final destination. An easy handshake to merge the website and campaign tools! Documentation is available for your website manager as well.
  • Added URL postback to the Carerix ATS. When you are using a Booston website the job deep link is added in the Carerix UI. That way recruiters can easily click a link in Carerix and check their job on the Booston website.

  • New design method. Set your brand palette in the settings: fonts, color schemes, icons, logos, you name it! The entire website will auto-inherit all your branding needs. Still want to tweak your brand page-by-page? No problem, every page consists of page elements. These elements now have a design tab where you can manage your design settings even further.
  • The text editor is now directly synced with the new brand palette. Only the fonts you create in the setting’s design page show up as an option in de text editor. This way you can closely guard your brand, no matter who is content managing your recruitment website.
